Day 27 of #PiYo done. Yesterday was rest day and very much needed. Today I did Strength Intervals and I did #Turbofire’s #Hiit15 just before it. I had a few fried at lunch so I wanted to burn then off! Left is before the workouts and the right is after. Not sure why the lighting changed lol. Tomorrow I plan on starting the 3 Day Refresh.
